Managing Member

Ian is the Managing Member at Olive Tree Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to forming Olive Tree, Ian was a principal at One Wall Partners. At One Wall Partners, Ian spearheaded the partnership’s acquisitions and capital raising. During Ian’s tenure, the firm grew to own and manage over 1,000 multi-family apartment units, valued in excess of $50 million, and successfully completed over 130,000 square feet of redevelopment.  

Prior to joining One Wall Partners, Ian was an associate at Duval and Stachenfeld, one of the leading real estate law firms in the world. Prior to Duval and Stachenfeld, Ian was an associate at Intersection Partners, LLC, a private investment firm based in Westport, Connecticut. At Intersection, Ian focused on developing highly scalable strategies for aggressive growth industries including health care, renewable energy, education and infrastructure. Before Intersection, Ian was an associate with the Pyramid Investment Properties Group, the investment sales arm of the leading commercial real estate brokerage in upstate New York and an affiliate member of Cushman and Wakefield.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Ian is a co-founder and board member for Pay Away The Layaway, a nationally recognized non-profit corporation committed to serving low income families across the United States.

Ian holds the CCIM designation and earned his JD from the Hofstra School of Law and BA and MBA from Binghamton University.

Michael Rosenfeld

Principal

Michael is a Principal at Olive Tree Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Michael is an investment professional with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, private equity, and early stage venture capital investing. He has a proven track record in sourcing, analyzing, and managing deals through the investment life cycle.

Previously, Michael worked for 11 years as the Chief of Staff to the Founder/Chairman of a private family investment firm with a $360 million commercial real estate portfolio comprised of over 1.5 million square feet from New York to Miami Beach. The diverse real estate portfolio included office and industrial assets, multifamily communities, single family homes, parking garages, and restaurants. During Michael’s tenure, the real estate portfolio generated over $26 million annually in rental revenue and $15.5 million in free cash flow. In total, Michael successfully completed $157 million in real estate transactions including acquisitions, debt refinancing, and dispositions.

In September 2018, Michael was elected to the Board of Directors of IEH Corporation (OTC: IEHC), the largest independent manufacturer of hyperboloid circuit board connectors in the US. In business since 1941, IEH serves the aerospace and defense, oil and gas, medical and industrial markets with customers in the United States, Canada, European Union, Asia and the Middle East. At the annual shareholder meeting in November 2018, Michael became the only Director nominated to serve on the firm’s Audit and Compensation Committees.

Michael earned his BA from Emory University and graduated with his MBA in Corporate Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Yuriy Gelfman

Principal

Yuriy is a Principal at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Yuriy brings extensive institutional capital markets experience to Olive Tree’s leadership. Previous to Olive Tree, Yuriy spent three and a half years at Citadel Investment Group, one of the world’s top hedge funds. At Citadel, Yuriy was a tenured investment professional in one of the firm’s equity businesses where he had P&L responsibility for a $300 million portfolio focused on home building, building products and construction materials sectors.

Prior to Citadel, Yuriy spent six years at GLG Partners, managing risk and conducting extensive due diligence. Prior to GLG Partners, Yuriy began his career as an investment banker at Lazard in its M&A group in New York.

Yuriy graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics.

Alan Shvetz

Principal

Alan is a Principal at Olive Tree Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Alan is an experienced real estate investor, owner and operator with a focus on multifamily properties in the New York Tri-State area. Alan and his family are multigenerational owners and operators, with a successful track record of international commercial and residential property ownership spanning from New York to Hong Kong and Taipei, Taiwan. Alan owns a portfolio of commercial properties in the Bronx, Yonkers, and White Plains.

Alan brings a wealth of first-hand experience and knowledge in the real estate debt markets, including senior loans, bridge lending, second lien mortgages, and mezzanine financing. He has an expansive network of real estate debt originators across the country and will bring select investment opportunities to Olive Tree’s valued partners.

Indy Adenaw

EVP Hospitality

Indy is the Executive Vice President of Hospitality for Olive Tree Holdings LLC.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Indy Adenaw worked for Marriott International as the Brand Leader for Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. Indy spent 10 years at Marriott, leading a variety of growth platforms for the company, including launching and leading Moxy – a disruptive brand in the moderate tier space, leading the Protea and Delta brands for their first several years and driving the company’s growth and investment strategy for emerging technologies, most notably investing in a company called PlacePass and leading the development of a digital marketplace for Tours and Activities. In his last role at Marriott, Indy led the transformation of Sheraton Hotels, one of the largest brands in hospitality and shepherding a design and operational strategy that led to over 200 renovations around the World.

In previous experiences, Indy worked for Deloitte Consulting, LLP and the Corporate Executive Board. He has experience across a range a variety of industries and has worked in every continent. Indy holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, a MSc degree from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Maryland.

Stephanie Rothman

General Counsel

Stephanie is the General Counsel at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

As General Counsel, Stephanie is responsible for all legal matters for the company and also oversees transactional activities and implements corporate policy initiatives. Prior to joining Olive Tree, Stephanie was an associate in the real estate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and prior to that, at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP. At Skadden and Duval, Stephanie handled a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, leasing and financing for clients all across the capital stack, involving property both in the U.S. and abroad in Europe and Asia.

Stephanie is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey. She earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School and BA from Bucknell University.

Ted B. Slevin

Assoc. Gen. Counsel

Ted is the Associate General Counsel at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

As Associate General Counsel, Ted assists the General Counsel in all legal matters for the company, including transactional activities and the implementation of corporate policy initiatives. Prior to joining Olive Tree, Ted was the Managing Director of Legal at Meridian Capital Group, where he oversaw all legal matters for Meridian, including a broad range of corporate matters and commercial transactions. Prior to that, an associate in the real estate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where Ted represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, leasing and financing.

Ted is admitted to the bar in New York. He earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and BS from Georgetown University.

 

Fess Wofse

CFO

Fess is the Chief Financial Officer at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Fess Wofse joined Olive Tree in February 2019 as its Chief Financial Officer.  Fess oversees the financial accounting and asset management teams, which are responsible for corporate and property accounting, investor reporting (both financial and tax), performance reporting, and collaborating with the company’s property management teams on operational initiatives.  Fess also focuses on investment and tax structuring, due diligence and other strategic initiatives and is responsible for creating and implementing accounting, reporting and cash management policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Fess was the CFO at Thor Equities and prior to that he was the CFO for the real estate group at Apollo Global Management.  Previously, Fess was the Director of Finance for Citi Property Investors and was a Senior Manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in real estate.  Fess has significant real estate portfolio and corporate M&A transaction and management experience.

Fess holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Columbia University and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.  He has been an active member of NCREIF and NAREIT and has worked on several committees to address emerging accounting issues as they relate to real estate companies and managers.  Fess is a CPA and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tyler Kurjiaka

Corporate Controller

Tyler is the Corporate Controller at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Tyler Kurjiaka joined Olive Tree in July 2020 as its Corporate Controller. Tyler brings years of financial reporting experience to Olive Tree where he oversees corporate accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

Prior to Olive Tree, Tyler was the Assistant Corporate Controller at Starwood Capital Group where his responsibilities included oversight of accounts payable and receivable, corporate financial reporting, quarterly FINRA filings, GAAP audit oversight, and cash management. While there, Tyler also supported multiple accounting software migrations and upgrades while also managing a growing team. Prior to Starwood, Tyler was both a Corporate and Fund Accountant at Black Diamond Capital Management where his responsibilities ranged from corporate tax to investor reporting.

Tyler is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a BBA in Finance.

Claudine Lostao

Chief Design Officer

Claudine Lostao is Chief Design Officer at Olive Tree Hotels & Resorts LLC and Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC.

Claudine Lostao joined Olive Tree with over 33 years experience in the architectural interior design industry. She began her career working in Jamaica designing the interiors for Super Clubs and Sandals all-inclusive hotels. After moving back to the USA, Claudine led the design for several noteworthy projects including the American Airlines Miami Heat Arena, Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and Walt Disney World Resort. She has also held senior management design and business development positions in hospitality and restaurant market sectors, working with Kimpton Hotels, Sonesta Hotels, Clarion Hotels, the McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurant Consortium and Boathouse Restaurants.

Most recently Claudine worked at Marriott International’s Global Brand Strategies for Sheraton, focused on building owner and operator relationships as a trusted advisor and driving the execution of select high-impact and high-investment hotels. For over six years, Claudine also served in senior leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Company where she led the design studios encompassing design oversight for over 4,000 stores across North America. Claudine also served in a leadership role at &pizza company based in Washington, D.C. where she was the Vice President & Head of Design and Construction.

Throughout her profession Claudine has been dedicated to the education and mentoring of young designers. To this end she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University and Miami-Dade Community College.

Claudine studied Interior Design at the University of Florida and graduated from the College of Architecture with High Honors and Presidential Recognition.

Mike Kim

VP Capital Markets

Mike Kim is the Vice President of Capital Markets at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Mr. Kim serves as Vice President of Capital Markets, where he is primarily responsible for cultivating new LP relationships on behalf of the firm’s direct investment platform. Previously, Mr. Kim was VP of Investor Relations at Castle Lanterra Properties, a national multifamily owner/operator. During his 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, Mr. Kim has worked with a wide range of institutional and individual investors including city and state pension plans, university endowments, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

Previously, Mr. Kim was Director of Investor Relations for CityShares, where he was responsible for securing investor commitments on behalf of the company’s neighborhood focused discretionary fund platform. Prior to CityShares, he was with Castellan Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily and mixed use assets in NYC. While at Castellan, he oversaw the firm’s investor communications program and managed its relationships with third party placement agents.

Prior to Castellan, Mr. Kim was Director of Investor Relations for Gemini Real Estate Advisors, a NYC based real estate investment firm focused on retail and hospitality assets. Mr. Kim began his career at Credit Suisse, where he was a member of their real estate private equity group, DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners. During his tenure with the firm, he worked in various capacities including compliance, fund accounting and administration, and investor relations.

Mr. Kim received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont.

Celia Seigerman-Levit

VP Risk and Ins.

Celia is the Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance at Olive Tree Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Celia is responsible for all efforts related to Olive Tree’s risk management and insurance, including front-end price procurement, broker management, and claims management. Celia brings over 20 years of risk management experience to Olive Tree, having previously served as Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance at Sotheby’s, Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance at Related Companies, Director of Risk Management & Property/Casualty Insurance at Yeshiva University, and Senior Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services. Celia’s past accomplishments include the successful restructuring of Related’s risk management and insurance department, and the creation of an exposure database for their $8 billion portfolio.

Celia  serves on the Board of Directors of MMCC, a nonprofit agency providing community resources in The Bronx and Manhattan, and is a Board Advisor to Row New York. Celia received her BA in Political Science and Government from Syracuse University.

Akshay Gandhi

Vice President

Akshay is a Vice President at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Akshay is responsible for the analysis, underwriting and assessment of various acquisition opportunities and capital structures. In addition to creating and maintaining various asset and portfolio models, Akshay is also focused on transaction due diligence, market research and performance reporting.

Prior to Olive Tree, Akshay worked at Ackman-Ziff where he worked on institutional debt and equity transactions across various asset classes and geographies. Akshay also has prior experience working with sponsors such as The Sapir Organization and ABR-Alchemy Investment Partners.

Akshay earned his BBA in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business and graduated with his MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is currently a member of The George Washington University’s Young Leaders in Real Estate group and serves as a mentor in the university’s Real Estate and Finance Alliance (REFA) mentorship program.

Brennan Sanders

VP AFFORDABLE HOUS.

Brennan is Vice President of Affordable Housing, Texas at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Brennan leads Olive Tree’s Affordable Housing platform in Texas, including the identification of acquisition prospects which serve to benefit within Olive Tree’s dynamic repositioning program, the execution of moderate to substantial rehabilitation funded through both conventional financing and LIHTC, and operational positioning strongly based on public-private partnership with the communities we invest in.

Brennan entered the affordable housing industry with Dominium Development and Acquisition, based out of Plymouth, MN, and later moved to Gardner Capital, based out of St. Louis, MO, where he managed the firm’s LIHTC development efforts in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metroplexes.

Brennan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, and a Master of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University.

 

David Poretz

Portfolio Manager

David is the Portfolio Manager at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and The Life Properties.

David Poretz leads Olive Tree’s affiliate property management firm, The Life Properties, by leveraging his experience in capital markets, operations management, and portfolio turn around. David is responsible for optimizing the management of Olive Tree’s portfolio by utilizing best-in-class technology solutions partnered with process management to reduce costs and maximize the efficiency of leasing, construction, billing and collections, and vendor management.

Prior to Olive Tree, David was the Operating Efficiency Specialist at Fortress Development Group and effectively reduced operating expenses in over 30 properties, while increasing revenue via his lead generation strategies and financial modeling. David draws from his breadth of experience in operations, tax and utilities consulting, and market research for his role.

David is a graduate of Binghamton University with a BS in Accounting.

Clay Boyer

CCO

Clay is the Chief Construction Officer at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and The Life Properties.

Clay Boyer manages all aspects of construction and maintenance operations for Olive Tree. Clay brings over 25 years of industry experience, performing in leadership roles in various areas of multifamily housing to include conventional, military and single-family. Clay worked with MAA early in his career managing capital and maintenance operations as Regional Service Director for 15K units, managing approx. 11 mil in CAPEX projects annually. Recognized for outstanding achievements and departmental contributions, Clay moved into the AVP-Director of Maintenance Operations role for MAA based out of Memphis with oversite of 40K units. In a similar capacity, he worked with Bell Partners as a Regional Director throughout the Southeast, managing 35 conventional properties in Texas, Arkansas, and Florida, before moving into a rewarding position in military housing. Clay helped to renovate and manage 5K homes at Ft. Riley, KS., home of the Big Red One, for 6 years serving as Director of Capital, Maintenance and Purchasing before becoming Operations Director. Preceding his appointment to the CCO role for Olive Tree, Clay served as the department head of capital, maintenance, and renovations for Progress Residential based in Atlanta. Clay has a well-established track record of leadership in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team.

 

Xun Qiu

Transaction Manager

Xun is the Transaction Manager at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.
As Transaction Manager, Xun oversees the transaction management process for acquisition, refinance and disposition of all assets by bringing innovative business and organizational development program from concept to implementation at scale.

Prior to Olive Tree, Xun served in a variety of roles at The RADCO companies. Most recently, she oversaw the successful acquisition and disposition of 14,000+ units valuated over $1.4B in conjunction with monthly financial reporting in her role in Asset Management.

Her previous role as Director of Transitions and Ancillary Services includes managing the national ancillary program of $1.2M. Prior to that, she served as the VP of Special Projects where she restructured the company’s vendor management process to improve the efficiency across 4 different departments. Xun started her tenure as Director of the Elite Travelers program, a department she founded with the mission to stabilize under performing properties through on-site support via daily operations process improvement and training. The Elite Travelers program supported over 50 real estate assets with 20 associates across the country and a $1.1M payroll.

Xun started her career at Aspen Square Management as a traveling management consultant, bringing occupancy for the 20+ assets she oversaw from 80% occupancy to 95%+, increasing rental income, reducing delinquency to 2% or less and increasing resident satisfaction to 4.5+ out of 5.

Xun is an alumna of Agnes Scott College with BA in Anthropologie and Sociology.

Taylor Barnhart

Asset Manager

Taylor is an Asset Manager at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Taylor Barnhart joined Olive Tree in October 2019. Taylor’s diverse role includes management of lender and investor reporting, construction draw oversight, corporate accounting, treasury management, as well as systems implementation and design across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Taylor was the Corporate Controller for a Houston based property management firm and managed the on-boarding and stabilization of acquisitions. Previously, Taylor was the CFO of a LIHTC management group based in Denver and helped create, implement, and manage the accounting department for a rapidly growing portfolio. Taylor has over twelve years of property accounting and leadership experience which includes senior housing, commercial property management and assets with Section 8 & Section 42 LIHTC compliance requirements.

Taylor holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Seattle Pacific University. He is a former Rotary member and has served various advisory and leadership roles within the Denver Apartment Association.

Tracy Falknor

Dir. Human Resources

Tracy is the Director of Human Resources at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and The Life Properties.

Tracy Falknor is responsible for all human resource initiatives for all property locations and corporate roles. Prior to joining Olive Tree and The Life Properties, Tracy worked as an HR professional for over 13 years within various industries throughout the Houston, Texas area. She is experienced with recruiting/sourcing, employee engagement, coaching/counseling, benefit administration, HR laws, etc. Tracy’s strengths are her passion for helping others, her ability to attract top talent through her continuous networking efforts, her drive for improving the employee experience, and overall customer service she provides to internal and external customers. Tracy holds her SHRM-CP, a notary public, and is a member of SHRM and HR Houston.

Jeff Ehrlich

Senior Associate

Jeff is Senior Associate at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Jeff is responsible for the identification, analysis, and underwriting of various acquisition opportunities. Jeff is also focused on transaction due diligence, and market research.

Prior to Olive Tree, Jeff worked in investment banking in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank where he focused on advising private equity firms, and their portfolio companies, in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other leveraged finance transactions across a wide range of industries.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and graduated with his M.B.A. with focuses in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business.

Cathy Cao

Digital Marketing

Cathy is the Director of Digital Marketing at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Cathy brings her depth of experience developing marketing technology stacks and executing strategic, data driven, digital marketing campaigns to Olive Tree. Prior to joining Olive Tree, Cathy led the digital marketing and growth efforts at Meridian Capital Group, and prior to that, Cathy was the first marketer at the real estate technology unicorn: Compass. At Compass, she was integral in building the marketing platform for their Real Estate agents and scaling the offerings from 60 to 3000 agents over 4 years.

Cathy graduated from University of Michigan with a BA in Arts and Ideas. She is also an instructor for Digital Marketing at General Assembly.

Zack Martin

DGM Senior Assoc.

Zack is the Digital Marketing Senior Associate at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Zack is an experienced and data-driven digital marketer who previously led paid social, communication, and digital strategies for Klara and MyPart Inc. Prior, he was a Multimedia Consultant at Metroland Media Group.

At Klara, Zack helped secure the Series A funding for the company during a time where 100% of leads delivered to the Sales team came from Marketing. At MyPart Inc., Zack built the Marketing department from the ground up and grew the songwriter portal to over 10,000 active users, while cutting paid acquisition costs in half.

Zack graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences.

Andrew Schramm

Senior Associate

Andrew is a Senior Associate at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Andrew is responsible for analyzing and performing due diligence on acquisition opportunities, tracking and reporting asset performance across the portfolio, and conducting market research.

Prior to Olive Tree, Andrew worked in Morgan Stanley’s Commercial Real Estate Finance (CREF) group where he helped develop and implement a new balance sheet lending platform by leveraging Morgan Stanley’s existing high-net worth client network. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he focused on sourcing, analyzing and performing due diligence on real estate lending opportunities across all asset classes and geographies. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked at Marcus & Millichap in the Capital Markets group and specialized in multifamily loan originations.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Economics.

Adam Radi

Associate

Adam is an Associate at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC.

As a part of Olive Tree’s investment team, Adam focuses on developing new equity relationships on behalf of the firm’s investment platform. Adam is also responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities through direct owner outreach and broker relationships.

Prior to Olive Tree, Adam worked at Mermelstein Development LLC, a New York based real estate firm which owns and operates over $200mm worth of office, retail and industrial assets across the country. Specializing in both Acquisitions and Asset Management, Adam focused on sourcing, analyzing, and preparing due diligence on properties nationwide as well as managing performance of investments. Prior to Mermelstein Development, Adam worked at Marcus & Millichap on a high performing middle market Investment Sales team where he specialized in the brokerage of rent stabilized properties in the Bronx.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BA in Economics.

Ryan Dauer

Assoc. Affordable

Ryan is an Associate at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC, primarily supporting the Affordable Housing team. His responsibilities include assisting with property acquisitions to perform moderate and substantial rehabilitation of affordable and workforce housing communities, using both conventional private equity and LIHTC funding sources.

Prior to Olive Tree Holdings LLC, Ryan worked for Gardner Capital in Dallas, where he focused on LIHTC real estate; participating in the management of LIHTC development closings, construction, and asset management. Prior to Gardner Capital, Ryan worked with AmCap Mortgage Ltd. in Houston as a Residential Construction Lending Specialist where he managed a dynamic portfolio of loans to single family residential home builders.

Ryan is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Finance.

Jonathan Keren

Analyst

Jonathan is an Analyst at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC.
As part of the Acquisitions Team, Jon is responsible for analyzing, underwriting, and performing due diligence on new acquisition opportunities. He also focuses on the operational side of the business, tracking and reporting asset performance across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Jon was an Acquisitions Analyst at AR Global, a $12 billion institutional real estate asset manager which has invested in nearly 1,300 properties across 8 countries.  At AR Global, Jon concentrated on deal underwriting, market research, due diligence, and asset management for its diverse portfolio.

Jon holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Ahmed Hegazi

Analyst, TRX Mngmt

Ahmed is the Transaction Management Analyst at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Ahmed focused on all new acquisitions at WePartner Group, an Atlanta real estate investment firm with over $200MM in assets under management. Ahmed’s responsibilities at WePartner Group included underwriting, market research, due diligence, and coordinating fund-raising efforts. Prior to that, Ahmed was with Tenth Street Ventures, a firm focused on revitalizing urban multi-family communities, where he assisted with underwriting, coordinating due diligence, and asset management.

Ahmed holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is currently a member of NAIOP’s Georgia chapter and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals in Atlanta.

Katerina Shchipakina

Executive Assistant

Katerina is the Executive Assistant at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC.

Katerina supports Olive Tree’s leaders, maintains the office, and contributes to the efficiency of the company.

Katerina brings over 10 years of executive and administrative assistance experience from top organizations across a number of industries, such as finance and economic management consulting. Katerina has worked at Geller & Company, supporting its tax team as well as Cornerstone Research supporting its consulting teams and experts in commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings cases.

Katerina graduated from LIM College with a BBA in Fashion Merchandising and has a diploma in Advanced Project Management from NYU. Katerina has her CAPM® and is also a Notary Public in New York.
