As the Vice President of Transactions, Xun is responsible for overseeing the entire transaction management process, including acquisition, refinance, and disposition of all assets. She excels in implementing innovative business and organizational development programs, taking them from concept to large-scale implementation. Before joining Olive Tree, Xun held various roles at The RADCO Companies. Her most recent position involved playing a pivotal role in the acquisition and disposition of over 14,000 units, valued at over $1.4 billion in addition to monthly financial reporting as part of her responsibilities in Asset Management. Prior to that, Xun served as the Director of Transitions and Ancillary Services, which included overseeing the national ancillary program and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Additionally, she served as the Vice President of Special Projects and held the position of Director of Elite Travelers, where she managed a team of over 20 associates. Xun is an alumna of Agnes Scott College, holding a BA in Anthropology and Sociology.
