As an Asset Management Associate, Jake helps Olive Tree effectively manage its nationwide portfolio. Prior to joining Olive Tree, he worked at SHEL Capital, a fully integrated real estate investment firm focusing on New York City multifamily investments. Jake was responsible for asset management, investment management, acquisition sourcing, and financial analysis. Jake began his career in 2018 as an Analyst at Imperium Capital, where he focused on sourcing new opportunities for both debt and equity investments. He gained valuable experience in financial analysis for multifamily and industrial real estate across the United States. He holds a B.A. with honors from Columbia University and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at NYU Stern School of Business.
