Patrick works on acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management at Olive Tree Holdings, where he helps drive investment strategy and operational execution. Prior to joining Olive Tree, he was an Associate at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco, where he started as a generalist working across all asset classes before joining the multifamily team. He worked on over $40 billion in real estate transactions. Patrick also gained experience in strategic advisory and corporate finance as a Senior Analyst at Accenture and in FP&A at Amazon. His expertise spans deal underwriting, capital markets, and asset optimization. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
