Olive Tree Holdings, a mission driven private investment company with a focus on real estate, has announced $10 million in upgrades to three apartment properties in northwest Arkansas. Work is underway at The Life at Shiloh Reserve and The Life at Woodland Hills in Springdale, along with The Life at Rolling Meadows in Fayetteville. The improvements are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.

Real estate investment firm Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC of New York has announced $10 million in upgrades to three apartment properties in northwest Arkansas.

Work is underway at The Life at Shiloh Reserve and The Life at Woodland Hills in Springdale, along with The Life at Rolling Meadows in Fayetteville. Olive Tree acquired the properties with 727 total units in 2021.

Upgrades at the three complexes include new interior paint and flooring, enhancements to parking areas, and new landscaping. At Rolling Meadows and Woodland Hills, duplex and fourplex residences are getting new paint, countertops, flooring, and fixture replacements.

The improvements are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
