As a part of Olive Tree’s Investment Strategy & Execution team, Sam is responsible for analysis related to corporate, investment, and capital markets strategies. Sam also focuses on identifying, analyzing, and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Olive Tree full-time, Sam was an intern focused on market research, data collation and analysis, and tracking asset performance across the portfolio. Before interning at Olive Tree, Sam was an office leasing intern with Lee & Associates in New York City. At Lee, Sam primarily performed market research and worked with both tenants and landlords to navigate the challenges the Covid-19 pandemic presented to the industry. Sam is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BBA in Real Estate/Urban Land Economics and Marketing, with a focus in Sports Business.
