As a part of Olive Tree’s Acquisitions and Capital Markets teams, Eddie is responsible for the preparation of offering materials, capital markets/investor relations efforts, and market research. Eddie also focuses on identifying, analyzing, and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Olive Tree, Eddie was an intern with Olive Tree across the Capital Markets and Acquisitions teams. During his internship Eddie focused on market research, data collation and analysis, and various ad-hoc projects across disciplines. Before interning at Olive Tree, Eddie was a Residential Lending Intern at Finance Ireland in Dublin. Eddie’s responsibilities at Finance Ireland centered around residential mortgage underwriting, due diligence, and macroeconomic research. Eddie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BBA in Real Estate, Finance, Investment & Banking, and Risk Management.
